Finders Records Inventories

The content of inventory found at findersrecords.com does not correlate exactly to the inventory in stock at the Finders Records brick and mortar retail locations. All products viewed at findersrecords.com online store are available for order through our Finders Records brick and mortar locations, if they are not currently found in our store inventory. Our inventories are constantly changing online and within our brick and mortar stores on a daily basis due to sales transactions, back-stock levels, and the continual flow of restocking.

Finders Records retail prices.

The prices in our on-line store are different and do not necessarily reflect the pricing in the Finders Records retail locations. Our Finders Records "brick & mortar" retail locations will not be able to honor the same pricing to be found in our on-line store if there is a variation.

Product status of availability.

Because of the ever changing stock availability in our warehouse, all products may not be ready to ship as soon as they are ordered. Our web site shows the current availability of each specific item, which is updated in our data base each business day with the status of "IN STOCK" or "ON BACK ORDER". Stock levels do change from hour to hour and day to day, and we cannot guarantee that every product listed as "IN STOCK" is able to ship immediately. If a specific item becomes no longer available, the order for that item would be canceled from our system. Please note that all CD & DVD new release information along with availability dates and product information is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any transaction and to cancel any order for any reason at any time. This is a retail to consumer site and our intentions are not to sell to other dealers or retail stores. We will not complete the charge on your credit card until that specific product item on your order has been shipped.

"On Backorder" replenishment.

It is not possible for us to predict an exact replenishment time frame for all of our products through their manufacturers. In general terms though, products should be predicted to be replenished on the following basis:

DOMESTIC Products: Vinyl LP's, CD's & DVD's	3-5 business days
IMPORT Products: Vinyl LP's, CD's & DVD's	1-6 weeks

"BACK ORDERS" that have not been filled within 45 days will be automatically canceled from our system. Vinyl and Import items are especially unpredictable as to their replenishment status. We kindly encourage you to check back to findersrecords.com for current stock status and future availability.

What are the costs of shipping?

We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

(Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (All Per-Item Costs) = Total Shipping Fee

We ship all domestic orders USPS.

We ship all international orders via XPO World (3 item limit) to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

When will my order be shipped?

Findersrecords.com usually ships all "IN STOCK" products within one business day upon receipt of your order. Orders received in our system before 5PM (EST) : Monday-Friday: ships same day. Orders received in our system after 5PM (EST): ships next business day.

We will immediately ship your order with all "IN STOCK" items. Any item placed on "BACK ORDER" status will be shipped out to you as soon as that item becomes available back to our inventory. Your credit card will not be charged until items you have ordered have been filled. Your shipping charges will be prorated accordingly with regard to split shipments for items that were on "BACK ORDER" status. Any order for an item that is not yet available for release from our record labels or distributors I.E.: "PRE ORDER NEW RELEASES" not will be shipped until that item becomes available for allocated street date release. We abide by all legal terms of street date release assigned to us from our manufacturers, labels, and distributors.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be reported and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

findersrecords.com will accept return on any UNOPENED item in its original condition for a full refund of your retail cost.

findersrecords.com will accept return on any DEFECTIVE cd or dvd for an equal exchange copy of that identical item.

* Any VINYL configuration purchase will not be eligible for DEFECTIVE return due to flaws originating from the manufacturing process (ie: bubbles, pops, hiss, warping) * All VINYL is sold to us on a one-way basis from our manufacturers. Only VINYL that was damaged due to shipping neglect will be considered for return, in which case the packaging must also be returned along with VINYL item.

With ALL returns of an item purchased from our online store, please email us at: customerservice@ findersrecords.com to receive a return authorization. Please take care when packaging your product for return. * Shipping charges will not be refundable unless the return was a result of our error.

What methods of payment do you accept?

findersrecords.com accepts the following methods of payment:
